- Original packaging intact

Return Window
Our standard return window is 30 days from the date of delivery, as shown on your shipping confirmation.
How to Initiate:
- Log into your account and navigate to "Orders"
- Select the order and click "Request Return"
- Or email support@prosperaonline.com with your order number
Return Shipping
We provide prepaid return shipping labels for most items. Labels are emailed within 24 hours of approval.
Exceptions:
- Freight shipments (Customer arranges carrier)
- International returns (Customer's responsibility)
- Items marked as non-returnable
Refund Processing
Once received, items are inspected within 14 days. Accepted returns are processed within 5-7 business days.
- Credit Card: 1-2 billing cycles
- PayPal/Digital Wallets: 24-48 hours
Defective Products
Immediate Action Required
Report issues within 48 hours of delivery with photos to support@prosperaonline.com. We offer full refunds, replacements, or store credit for verified defects.

Professional consultation services are non-refundable once completed. Rescheduling is available up to 48 hours before the appointment.
