  • Original packaging intact
  • Within 30 days of receipt
  • With proof of purchase

  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Custom consultation services
  • Digital content or guides
  • Misused or altered items

Return Window

Our standard return window is 30 days from the date of delivery, as shown on your shipping confirmation.

How to Initiate:

  1. Log into your account and navigate to "Orders"
  2. Select the order and click "Request Return"
  3. Or email support@prosperaonline.com with your order number

Return Shipping

We provide prepaid return shipping labels for most items. Labels are emailed within 24 hours of approval.

Exceptions:

  • Freight shipments (Customer arranges carrier)
  • International returns (Customer's responsibility)
  • Items marked as non-returnable

Refund Processing

Once received, items are inspected within 14 days. Accepted returns are processed within 5-7 business days.

  • Credit Card: 1-2 billing cycles
  • PayPal/Digital Wallets: 24-48 hours

Consultation Services

Professional consultation services are non-refundable once completed. Rescheduling is available up to 48 hours before the appointment.
